Bronwyn Levvey
Bronwyn has spent the last 25 years working as a senior nurse clinician, manager and clinical researcher with-in the Lung Transplant Service at The Alfred Hospital, Melbourne. Over this time, she has become Australia’s most experienced and academically proficient nursing expert in lung transplantation, having authored or co-authored more than 140 peer review scientific publications and several book chapters.
Bronwyn is the current President of the Australian Transplant Nurses’ Association (TNA) and has been a TNA member since 1995; the TNA representative on the Board of the Transplantation Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ); a member and past board director of the International Society for Heart & Lung Transplantation (ISHLT), a member of The International Transplantation Society (TTS) and the immediate past Chair of the Victorian & Tasmanian Transplantation Committee (VTCC).
