The Kidney Transplant Xplained App has been designed for kidney transplant recipients and their carers. This app was co-created with a few Health care professionals, transplant recipients, Kidney Health Australia and Transplant Australia.

While it is for kidney transplant recipients / carers there are components of it which are generic for all transplant recipients.
– Tristan and Mandy’s story : is based on 2 real patients who have had kidney transplants.
– Elements that are generic for all transplants: Medication reminder app, Appointment reminder app, Creating a transplant buddy / champion & Transplant tips (some are specific for kidneys)
